The Centre's speech-language
pathologists are health-care professionals who can:
- assess communication
difficulties
- provide treatment
and consultation for individuals of all ages.
Our staff treat
problems associated with articulation
(pronunciation of sounds in words) and language (understanding, speaking,
reading, writing, and learning).
Fees paid to a speech-language
pathologist are typically considered to be tax-deductible medical expenses
by Revenue Canada. Fees are covered by many group insurance plans.
